This session allows you to enter contact information, sign up for sponsorship, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Portage County Youth Soccer.
If you are a returning sponsor, we will continue to use the business logo we have on file.
If you would like to change your logo or you are sponsoring a team for the first time, please email a copy of your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registrations site will allow you to sponsor up to 3 teams, sign up for a 2 year fence sign and to include the business name with tournament information all at once. If you sponsor 2 or 3 teams, the default is to use the same name for all teams. If you would like any of the teams to have a different business name, please enter the additional names in the comments.
The cost for sponsoring teams is $425 per team, for a 2 year fence sign is $425 and to include the business name with tournament information is $50.
You can enter additional information to help make sure your business name is associated with the correct team. You can specify if you want to sponsor a Recreational, Classic or Select team. You can also identify a specific team by providing additional information. For example, you could give us the name of a coach and/or player who you would like to be on the team (i.e. Coach Don Smith or player Timmy Jones).
